We understand that plans can change, which is why we've established this Refund Policy to clarify when and how you can receive a refund for booked activities. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Standard Cancellation and Refund Terms

Our standard refund schedule is as follows:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancel@thrilldubai.com. The date of receipt of your email will be considered as the date of cancellation.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction

- Bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

- Any transaction fees applied by payment processors or banks during the original payment or refund process are non-refundable

Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations

If ThrillDubai cancels an activity due to adverse weather conditions that would compromise safety or significantly impact the quality of the experience:

- You will be offered a full refund

- Alternatively, you may reschedule your activity for another available date at no additional cost

We make weather-related decisions based on local forecasts and conditions. When possible, we will provide advance notice of cancellations.

Health and Medical Conditions

- It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of participating in the activities you book

- We do not provide refunds if you are unable to participate due to pre-existing health conditions

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers adventure activities

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions):

- We reserve the right to cancel activities

- We will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule

Modifications to Bookings

Requests to modify your booking (such as changing the date or number of participants) are subject to availability and the following conditions:

- Modification requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the scheduled activity

- A modification fee may apply

- If the modified booking costs more than the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference

- If the modified booking costs less than the original booking, the difference will be subject to our standard refund policy

No-Shows

If you fail to appear for your scheduled activity without prior notice ("no-show"), you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for your absence.

Terminated Activities

If an activity must be terminated after it has begun due to:

- Weather conditions that develop during the activity: Partial refund may be offered at our discretion

- Participant behavior that endangers themselves or others: No refund will be provided

- Equipment failure or guide illness: Full refund or pro-rated refund based on the portion of the activity completed
